Valeo FC’s mission is to develop elite soccer players, strong leaders, and outstanding citizens by providing a professional soccer training environment, a proven methodology, and a top-to-bottom culture of personal excellence on and off the field.

Talent exists everywhere, but opportunity doesn’t. That’s why 500+ players receive financial assistance annually, and why we’ve built programs in inner-city Boston and international communities in Jamaica, Haiti, Cape Verde, and Kenya.

No capable player is denied due to economic circumstances.

Elite athletes are exceptional students. We run free homework clubs, donate back-to-school supplies to 1,000+ youth internationally, and integrate academic support into player development.

Promoting physical and mental well-being.

Through partnerships like the UCAL McKenzie Foundation, we teach nutrition, injury prevention, heart health, and mental resilience as core components of athletic development.

Our players participate in neighborhood cleanups, distribute Thanksgiving meals to families in need, and engage in year-round community service. We’re developing citizens who give back.
