When should my child start the college recruitment process?

Ideally, awareness begins freshman year, active profile building sophomore year, and outreach/showcases intensify junior year. It’s never too early to start preparing.

What divisions does Valeo place players in?

We’ve placed players across Division I, Division II, Division III, and Prep Schools. Our focus is finding the right FIT—academically and athletically.

How much does college recruitment support cost?

For Valeo competitive players, college recruitment support is included in your program. Game video and highlight reels are provided at no additional cost. Showcase event fees vary by event.

Do you guarantee college placement?

While we can’t guarantee placement, we provide all the tools, guidance, and exposure necessary to maximize your opportunities. Hundreds of Valeo alumni have successfully played at the collegiate level.

What if my child isn't elite level but wants to play in college?

There are opportunities at every level. Division III and smaller programs often provide incredible experiences. We help match players to the right level where they’ll thrive both academically and athletically.

Can you help with academic requirements and standardized testing?

We provide guidance on NCAA academic requirements and timelines. For specific academic support and test prep, we can recommend resources and services.

What's the difference between a showcase and an ID camp?

Showcases are multi-team events where you compete in games in front of many college coaches. ID camps are typically run by a specific college and focus on instruction with their coaching staff—both serve different purposes in recruitment.

Should my child attend out-of-state showcases?

It depends on your target schools. If you’re interested in colleges outside the Northeast, national showcases provide crucial exposure. We help you strategize which events offer the best ROI.
