Corlton began his Valeo journey in 2015 and was highly influential in Valeo FC selection to the US Soccer Developmental Academy in 2016.  As a Valeo Executive Leader, he is responsible for the Club’s elite-level soccer methodology for team programs, as well as Valeo’s business management.

Corlton’s business background includes 15 years as an executive in the hospitality industry, managing several leading hotel brands such as Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, and Holiday Inn, and served on the New England diversity committee for Starwood corporation. Corlton has a business degree from Southern New Hampshire University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He also operates four companies outside of his executive role with Valeo FC.

Coach Corlton holds a USSF A License and brings 25+ years of coaching and player development experience to Valeo. He has led numerous USSDA and MLS Next programs throughout New England and New York as Technical Director, Academy Director, and Director of Coaching. Additionally, Coach 'C' was a College Head Coach and an ODP (Olympic Development Program) Head Coach.

Coach ‘C’ has had the privilege of mentoring and coaching numerous national team players, professional, collegiate, and All-American athletes throughout his career. His experience as a player included the Jamaican National Team, the North American professional A league, the USISL semi-professional league, and was a collegiate standout.

Coach Corlton brings national and international experience as a player, coach, mentor, and leader to the athletes of Valeo. He is steadfast in his commitment to excellence in athletic achievement for all players. He is passionate about Valeo's mission to provide access and opportunity to all deserving youth. US Soccer Developmental Academy, MLS Next Platform, and the NPSL Platform are a few of the initiatives Coach Corlton has been instrumental in bringing to Valeo FC, to give our athletes national exposure and opportunities. His quest for the past year is to provide Valeo girls a platform that gives these elite athletes the same national exposure and highly competitive opportunities.
