Soccer at the highest level requires a balance of explosive power and muscular endurance. The Ironman Speed & Strength Clinic focuses on not only building strength and increasing running speed but converting that new athleticism into soccer-specific power and quickness so players can make a significant impact on the field.

Our experienced coaches will use a variety of modern training tools, such as speed ladders, weighted sleds, battle ropes, fan bikes and therabands to deliver sessions similar to those used by professional soccer clubs throughout the world.

The Ironman Speed & Strength Clinic focuses on not only building strength and increasing running speed but converting that new athleticism into soccer-specific power and quickness so players can make a significant impact on the field.

The Junior Ironman & Ironman weekday clinic will be a small group so the individual athletes will get more attention in a more interactive mode. The maximum number of athletes for each clinic is 10.

We recommend a 2-day split. You have the option to choose between: Mondays or Tuesdays for DAY 1
Wednesdays or Thursdays for DAY 2

  • Flexibility: Myofascial release (foam rolling), various forms of stretching and muscle activation.
  • Injury reduction: Correct muscular imbalances, balance and stabilization
  • Strength: A functional approach with thorough instructions focusing on upper body, lower body and core.
  • Movement: Help develop hand and leg coordination.
